MEMBER ALERT

 

 

To All SCPA Members,

We are proud to introduce the new SCPA email system.

The Association will be providing all Association members with and e-mail address in order to facilitate communication between the Association and the membership. This only cost the Association an additional $35.00 for the entire membership. The email system will allow be replacing the desk drops, resulting in a cost saving for the Association. Email will facilitate and ensure all members are provided with timely and correct information.

 

1. Your email address will be exactly the same as your saccounty.net address. 2. Your password for the first logon will be your employee id number with the proceeding zeros.

3. Log on to your SCPA email by clicking the following link:

    a. http://mail.scpa.ws

4. Once you log on please change your password.

    a. Go to configuration tab on the left hand side of the page

    b. Click on password and complete accordingly

5. Upon your 1st logon you will have an email from SCPA in your inbox and it is the email policy. Please read it, it is similar to the Departments policy; you will have until October 1, 2009 to accept the policy.  Failure to accept the policy by the October 1st will result in your email being revoked. 

 6. Don't forget to send an email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it stating that accept the terms to the SCPA email policy.

 7. We will post new information and email updates on this site.  So please remember to check your email on a weekly bases and or the Association Website.
